The kiosk currently supports A4 document printing, 4R photo printing, photo collages, and ID photos. It also accepts common image formats including JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, HEIC, and WEBP.
The current setup supports PayNow and card payments, with both Chinese and English interfaces. Remote monitoring also covers printer status, power, network, paper levels, ink levels, and other key operating indicators.
The system supports encrypted file transfer, automatic file deletion after printing, and a contactless workflow. Maintenance and consumable replenishment are carried out during off-peak hours to minimise disruption on site.
